Terms of Service
Last updated: September 2026
This is a standard template covering how the service actually works today. It hasn’t been reviewed by a lawyer — treat it as a good-faith starting point, not final legal advice, and have it checked against Moroccan law before relying on it for a dispute.
1. Who this covers
These terms apply to anyone who creates an account or subscribes through vpn.ma ("the Service"), operated by Clouder.
2. Your account
Sign-in is passwordless — a 6-digit code sent to your email. You’re responsible for keeping access to that email address secure; anyone who can read your email can sign in to your account.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Prices are shown in MAD before you pay. Subscriptions renew automatically for the billing period you chose, until you cancel. Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout (international card, Moroccan card, or CashPlus) and may change over time.
4. Cancellation
You can cancel from your dashboard at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal — it doesn’t refund the current billing period unless required by law.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to send spam, distribute illegal content, attack other systems, or otherwise break the law. We can suspend or terminate an account used this way, with or without notice depending on severity.
6. Service availability
The Service runs on third-party server infrastructure in multiple countries. We can’t guarantee uninterrupted availability of every server at all times. We’ll help with support issues, but we’re not liable for downtime caused by an underlying provider.
7. Liability
The Service is provided as-is. To the extent allowed by law, VPN.ma’s liability for any issue is limited to the amount you paid in the month the issue occurred.
8. Changes
We may update these terms as the Service changes. Continuing to use the Service after an update means you accept the new terms.
